The foundry :
The capacity of it is 140 Metric Tons.
The details of our Induction furnace are as under:
Production capacity: 140 MT/Month.
Spare capacity : 30-40 MT
Induction furnace: Inductotherm brand, Size: 300 kg
Power 250 kW or 335 hp.

Submersible Motor manufacturing plant :
To manufacture water filled submersible motors from 4” to 8” as per NEMA standards ranging from 0.5 hp to 100 hp. The manufacturing plant is outfitted with all contemporary capacities like Rotor and Stator manufacturing, winding, assembly section, dynamic balancing and state of the art submersible pump and motor testing setup. We keep our employees well trained with the latest technology and equipment’s as per the international market trends.

Submersible Pump manufacturing setup :
To manufacturer stainless steel submersible pumps from 4” to 8”of various sizes and specifications as per the market demand utilizing the best sheet metal fabrication setup consisting of welding Machines and power presses. This plant is also used to manufacture Noryl submersible pumps in 4”. We use the best quality raw material that eventually provides high quality products. We emphasis on the cost effectiveness of the product so that every poor and rich can afford to buy the pumps for various purposes

Spares manufacturing setup :
We make use of the latest technology and equipments that are better to use. We also provide timely training to our employees to get used to the latest technology. Utilization of advanced sophisticated equipment such as CNC/VMC as well as conventional Machining centers to produce various spares like rotors, stators, machined castings etc. We extensively use CAD/CAM/CAE for design analysis and manufacture of complicated products. Making use of the latest techniques, we have the capacity to develop products by using 3d scanners, CMM machines etc. which are all modern day tools required to effectively produce parts rapidly and accurately.
